His deep rooted philosophy of being customer centric and servicing them with utmost professionalism through a comprehensive range of financial services has led the company scale new heights of success.  Mr. Jain possesses a plethora of experience in the capital market, commodities market, project counseling, merchant banking, corporate law and financial advisory services.

Daulat Jain, F.C.A, Director

Mr. Daulat Jain is the Co-Founder of Ashika Group and Managing Director of Ashika Global Securities Ltd. He has been a frontrunner in promoting the core strength of the company, its deep rooted fundamental values and ethics. His pragmatic approach and business acumen has led Ashika to spread its wings across the length and breadth of the country and has helped the organization to achieve an unparallel distribution network with a strong franchisee value. His 15 years of experience in wide array of subjects covering a spectrum of activities in the field of Corporate Finance (Inter Corporate Deposits, Short Term Financing, Bill Discounting, Loan Syndication, Arranging Working Capital Finance), Investments (Securities Trading & Bought Out Deals), Taxation, Audit and Corporate Laws has helped the company achieve it’s objectives with a distinction. His expertise and in-depth analysis of the business has been a cornerstone for the group to aim for newer heights.

He is the Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also the Member of Direct Tax Professional Association and Association of Corporate Advisors.

Babulal Bafna, Bcom, Director

Mr. Babulal Bafna, a commerce graduate, has a dynamic personality with over 30 years of rich experience in the field of accounts, finance and broking activities. He is on the board of various Ashika Group companies. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Ashika Credit Capital Ltd. He plays a crucial role in preserving the ethical values of the organization. He is instrumental in formulating competitive strategies and risk management. He is a tenacious motivator and his knack of timely decision making has propeled business growth in diverse field.

Vikas Jain, A.C.A,  Director

Mr. Vikas Jain joined as the youngest entrant in the management team. His versatile knowledge, innovative ideas and positive attitude has contributed significantly to the Company’s growth. He possesses a deep understanding of capital and commodity market and is responsible for overall corporate administration. His inherent business qualities and experience has helped the organization in establishing a strong marketing division. His relentless pursuit of expanding the business with his highly motivated and experienced marketing professionals has always helped the organization in establishing footprints in newer geographies and gaining new business and creating franchisee with durable competitive advantage. He is also a philanthropist and a member of CII – Yi.

Bajrang Lal Banthia, ACA, ACS - CEO  Commodities Business

Mr. B.L.Banthia, a rank holder in CA and CS, has to his credit over two decades of experience in Finance & Treasury with specialization in Foreign Exchange Trading and Portfolio Management. He has been instrumental in strategizing the Group’s foray into Arbitrage Business and Auto Trading. Ashika’s commodity broking business has demonstrated tremendous growth under his stewardship and now ranks among India’s top 20 brokers in business volume. His thorough understanding of the commodity market has geared the organization in establishing a pan India presence in the commodity business and creating a lasting impression in this industry in India. His entrepreneurial skills and his accomplishments is a source of inspiration in the organization.

Rajendra Kanoongo, FCA, President Merchant Banking

Mr. Rajendra Kanoongo is the President of Merchant Banking division of the group. He has been prudently handling Initial Public Offers, Right issues, GDR issue, Private placement, Project appraisals and Takeovers. His pragmatic expertise in corporate affairs and SEBI Laws has helped the organization close several deals. His esteemed contribution to the business of merchant banking has helped the company coming in the league of well established merchant banking brokers in India. His accomplishment in setting up a merchant banking team and coming up with various successful financial offerings is a marvel in itself.
