History and milestones

Every human enterprise has its unique history of challenges, innovation and milestones…

The Group commenced its journey in 1994 and in 1995 got the membership of OTC Exchange of India and also registered as Merchant Banker with SEBI. It took the membership of NSE in 2000. To expand the portfolio of services, it got registered as Mutual Fund distributor in 2003 and membership of BSE was taken in 2004. In the same year, the Group decided to set up its own depository services through CDSL to offer one-stop solutions to clients.

The year 2004 witnessed liberalisation of much needed Essential Commodities Act & the Government permitted futures trading in commodities. We got registered with both NCDEX and MCX as trading cum clearing member. In 2006  we started our Insurance Services by registering under IRDA,also got registered portfolio manager and self clearing member of NSCCL. Subsequently in the year 2007 NMCE Trading cum clearing membership was taken to expand the commodity portfolio. In 2008, the group got registered as Depository participant with NSDL, trading member of currency derivative segment with NSE & MCX- SX and trading cum clearing member of NSEL,. In 2009, we got the membership of ICEX by becoming its Trading Cum Clearing member. In second half of year 2010 we got empanelled as depository Participant for commodities with NSEL.
