• Be sure that the money is sent thought a Western Union agent. Your sender will notify you where the money was sent and the amount.

• Once the sender notifies you, go to your nearest Western Union agent location or Centrum Direct's Office. You will need to complete a "To Receive Money" form with the following information: name, address, amount expected, as well as the sender's name, telephone number, city and state being sent from. Valid identification is also required.

• The agent will enter the details in Western Union network and check that the money has been sent. you will be paid immediately. Some restrictions may apply.

• As a government requirement, maximum payout amount is not more than $2,500 US Dollars or approximately 112,000 Indian Rupees per transaction.

• Money Transfer payments are reserved for private consumer use only and cannot be paid for commercial or business purposes, for purchase of property, or for investments.

• Maximum cash payout for all Indian nationals and all residents (Indian or Foreign) is 50,000 IN Rupee; Payouts over 50.000 IN Rupee will be paid by local crossed check only.

• There is no cash Payout limit for Foreign Passport holders in India. As a government requirement, a single payee can only receive a maximum of 12 transactions per year.

• Sender's full address must be included on all Money Transfers to India.

• Payees must present valid identification and correct Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

• For home delivery transfers, the payee must have the original and a copy of their valid photo identification.
