Ashika Credit Capital Limited (ACCL) is RBI registered Non-Banking Financial Company.
It was incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on 8th March 1994 as
a Private Limited Company, and subsequently converted itself into a Public Limited
Company on 3rd September 1996. The Company floated its shares to the public in the
year 2000 and subsequently got listed at the Calcutta Stock Exchange in the same year.
The Company is a profit making Company, which is actively engaged in the fund-based activities
and providing short-term loans and advances. It also helps in raising capital as well as
restructuring finance. In addition to this, it provides investment advises on securities
and emerging markets, debt markets, corporate strategy and structure as well as sophisticated
