Ashika Global Securities Ltd (AGSL) is the Holding
Company of Ashika Group. It is a RBI registered
Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The Company was
incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, West
Bengal on 8th March 1995 as a Private Limited Company.
It is a profit making entity, which is actively engaged
in providing short-term loans; inter corporate deposits
& Advances to group companies & clients of Ashika Group.
In addition to these the Company provides margin funding
to clients who trades through our group company, Ashika
Stock Broking Limited.
“Margin Funding” is a scheme through which loan facility
shall be extended to the clients interested in dealing
in specified shares/ securities through Ashika Stock
Broking Ltd (ASBL), AGSL will be financing the
transaction of the clients provided client shall be
liable to deposit 30%of the transaction value with AGSL
as “Margin Money” One of the advantage of the scheme is
that it increases the investing power of the investors
as the clients can deal in securities without investing
huge amounts.
The Company is a dedicated corporate entity following
strict code of conduct of business by practicing fair
business values with the Stakeholders and the society at
large. It had been complying with all the relevant laws
and regulation. Corporate Governance has been adopted at
all levels through implementation of well-defined,
refined and trusted governance practices. A path towards
compliances and good governance strategies is defined
and any deviation from the same is strictly reviewed. |
