Mr. Pawan Jain is the promoter & Chairman of Ashika Group and set up the group in 1994 with a vision to provide whole gamut of financial services under single roof. The benchmark for success of Ashika is his belief in serving his customers, through a comprehensive range of financial services, which are personalised, reliable, convenient, quality-driven and inculcates similar values in the employees of the organization. Mr. Jain has a checkered Professional career in the fields of Capital Market, Commodities Market & Financial Advisory Services.

On his Professional journey his various achievements are, Membership of Merchant Chamber of Commerce, Bharat Chamber of Commerce, Indian Chamber of Commerce, Direct Tax Professional Association, Association of Corporate Advisors, Immediate past president of Hindusthan Club Ltd & Executives and President of JITO (Jain International Trade Organization), Eastern Region.

Shri Daulat Jain

Mr. Daulat Jain is the co promoter of Ashika Group. He strongly believes in leveraging the core strength of a strong brand, a vast distribution network and unmatched research capabilities. Moreover he believes that strength can be further leveraged to establish Ashika as most preferred Indian Financial Services organization. Mr.Jain is an intellectual with experience in the field of Corporate Finance (Inter Corporate Deposits, Short Term Financing, Bill Discounting, Loan Syndication, Arranging Working Capital Finance), Investments (Securities Trading & Bought Out Deals), Taxation, Audit and Corporate Laws.

He is the Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also the Member of Direct Tax Professional Association and Association of Corporate Advisors & Executives.
